Open the game's shop and tap Restore Purchases. Purchases are tied to the Apple ID that bought them, so make sure the device is signed in with that Apple ID. If it still does not apply, e-mail us with the order's receipt from Apple (Settings → your name → Media & Purchases → Purchase History) and we will sort it out.
Progress is saved on your phone, inside the app. Deleting the app deletes the save; a new phone starts fresh unless the app was restored from an iCloud/iTunes backup. We cannot recover a save that is no longer on the device, but tell us how far you were and we will do what we can.
Purchases are processed by Apple, and only Apple can refund them: reportaproblem.apple.com. Choose the purchase and "Request a refund".
First try: close the app fully and reopen it, then check the App Store for an update. If it keeps happening, e-mail us the game, the level, your iPhone model and iOS version. Crash reports reach us anonymously through Firebase Crashlytics, but your description tells us what you were doing when it happened.
Sometimes it is us, not you. Tell us the game and level number — level tuning is adjusted in updates based on what players report.
Both games show optional reward ads and occasional interstitial ads. "No Ads" removes the interstitials for good; reward ads stay optional. Voxel Orbit has no ads. If you see an ad that is inappropriate or broken, send us a screenshot and we will report it to the ad network.
No game asks you to create an account, and progress lives only on your phone. The anonymous analytics described in the privacy policy can be deleted on request: e-mail us the game, your iPhone model and the approximate install date.
